Account Executive - Strategic Partner Sales

Job Description:
An Account Executive (Strategic Partner Sales) is a hunter and high-level sales professional who drives revenue through indirect channels rather than selling directly to end-users. They are responsible for building, managing, and scaling relationships with third-party organizations such as referral partners, resellers, integrators, agencies, and channel partners, to mutually grow joint sales and market share.
The AES reports directly to the head of sales and is responsible for hitting goals and revenue targets that come through strategic partnerships, whether that’s co-selling, referrals, or joint go-to-market opportunities. This means negotiating contracts, structuring deals, and sometimes navigating complex multi-stakeholder agreements where both companies need to see value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Enablement: Source, develop and close strategic partner relationships with referral partners, resellers, integrators, agencies, and channel partners that drive business growth.
- Deal Execution: Manage the full partner sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying and discovery to negotiation, closing and partner production while ensuring high partner satisfaction.
- Joint Business Planning: Develop, execute, and monitor mutually beneficial business plans with key partner accounts to achieve joint revenue targets.
- Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Oversee the co-selling lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure and; maintain accurate pipeline data, track partner performance metrics (KPIs), and deliver actionable revenue forecasts.
- Co-Selling Sales Support: Assisting partners with co-selling, delivering product demonstrations, and providing the necessary marketing collateral to close deals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitoring partner performance metrics (like revenue contribution, deal flow and conversion rates) and conducting regular business reviews to ensure quarterly or annual sales targets are met.
- Contract / Deal Support: Assist with developing proposals, contracts, co-marketing campaigns, and product alignment to support the success of strategic partnerships.
- Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, resolving escalations and maintaining high levels of satisfaction
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–5+ years in B2B partner sales, channel management, or strategic enterprise sales preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to influence external stakeholders.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong ability to understand complex product solutions and convey their value proposition to a partner’s customer base.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of analyzing market trends and crafting targeted sales strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent sales experience).
Compensation & Benefits Structure:
- Base Compensation: $80,000 base with On Target Earnings (OTE) of $150,000 at plan but uncapped.

Job Description:
The Account Executive (AE) is a remote team member, responsible for acquiring new customers through inbound and outbound virtual sales calls and converting leads and opportunities into paying customers to support the unit’s revenue growth targets. They serve as the primary contact with qualified prospects, handling the full sales cycle, from engaging with inbound leads to negotiating contracts and closing new customers.
Daily Tasks:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and manage a sales pipeline through to close.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s products or services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of the company’s solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals that meet customer needs and company goals.
- Prepare and send proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Manage follow-up processes to keep leads engaged and moving through the sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead-nurturing campaigns and promotional events.
- Meet all minimum activity requirements for sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.

We are looking for a highly versatile, fast-paced Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. This role goes beyond execution—you will be expected to think creatively, interpret direction independently, and produce high-quality work across a wide range of formats with speed and consistency.
You will play a critical role in shaping how our brand shows up across marketing, sales, and digital channels—including social media—making informed decisions about visual style, format, and messaging to maximize impact.
About the Role Structure:
This role supports marketing initiatives across Suede and its sister company, Valor PayTech, operating as a shared services position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce a high volume of marketing assets including brochures, flyers, presentations, digital ads, landing page visuals, and social media content
- Translate creative direction into polished, on-brand designs that reflect thoughtful execution
- Independently interpret project briefs and make informed decisions on layout, typography, imagery, and visual hierarchy
- Develop and execute social media content, including selecting appropriate formats (static, carousel, short-form video, etc.) and tailoring creative to platform best practices
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to support campaigns, product launches, and strategic initiatives
- Ensure all work aligns with brand standards while also contributing to the evolution of the brand where appropriate
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-output environment
- Maintain accurate tracking of all work and provide clear, proactive communication on project status
- Continuously refine designs based on feedback, with the ability to quickly iterate and improve
- Support executive leadership with special design projects and presentations
- Assist in creating pitch decks and sales materials that align with brand standards
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and are delivered on schedule
Qualifications:
- Portfolio demonstrating both strong design fundamentals and creative problem-solving (required)
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced design or marketing environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) with an understanding of platform-specific best practices
- Ability to take direction and also work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
