Job Description:
The Account Executive (AE) is a remote team member, responsible for acquiring new customers through inbound and outbound virtual sales calls and converting leads and opportunities into paying customers to support the unit’s revenue growth targets. They serve as the primary contact with qualified prospects, handling the full sales cycle, from engaging with inbound leads to negotiating contracts and closing new customers.
Daily Tasks:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and manage a sales pipeline through to close.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s products or services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of the company’s solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals that meet customer needs and company goals.
- Prepare and send proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Manage follow-up processes to keep leads engaged and moving through the sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead-nurturing campaigns and promotional events.
- Meet all minimum activity requirements for sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.

Job Description:
We are seeking a senior HR leader to take ownership of payroll, compliance, and HR operations while helping scale the company’s people infrastructure during a period of significant growth. This role is responsible for building and strengthening core HR functions across a multistate workforce, while supporting organizational growth, high-volume hiring, and future M&A activity. The ideal candidate brings experience from a large or private equity-backed organization and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high accountability environment.
Scope & Impact:
- Own HR operations and payroll governance across 10+ states

Key Responsibilities – Payroll Ownership & Governance:
- Own end-to-end payroll processing across biweekly and semimonthly cycles
- Audit and validate all payroll inputs (new hires, terminations, comp changes, bonuses, commissions)
- Ensure compliance with multistate wage & hour laws, with strong expertise in New York
- Maintain payroll controls, SOPs, and audit procedures

- Own and improve employee lifecycle processes (onboarding through offboarding)

HR Business Partnership:

Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in a mid to large organization or private equity backed company
- Direct ownership of payroll for 100+ employees across multiple states
- Strong expertise in multistate compliance and New York labor law
- Experience with Paychex or similar payroll systems
- Experience supporting bonus and commission-based compensation structures
- Prior experience managing or mentoring HR team members
- Experience supporting high growth or scaling organizations
- Exposure to M&A, due diligence, or integration work strongly preferred
- Strong process building skills and attention to detail
- High level of financial and operational acumen

We are looking for a highly versatile, fast-paced Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. This role goes beyond execution—you will be expected to think creatively, interpret direction independently, and produce high-quality work across a wide range of formats with speed and consistency.
You will play a critical role in shaping how our brand shows up across marketing, sales, and digital channels—including social media—making informed decisions about visual style, format, and messaging to maximize impact.
About the Role Structure:
This role supports marketing initiatives across Suede and its sister company, Valor PayTech, operating as a shared services position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce a high volume of marketing assets including brochures, flyers, presentations, digital ads, landing page visuals, and social media content
- Translate creative direction into polished, on-brand designs that reflect thoughtful execution
- Independently interpret project briefs and make informed decisions on layout, typography, imagery, and visual hierarchy
- Develop and execute social media content, including selecting appropriate formats (static, carousel, short-form video, etc.) and tailoring creative to platform best practices
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to support campaigns, product launches, and strategic initiatives
- Ensure all work aligns with brand standards while also contributing to the evolution of the brand where appropriate
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-output environment
- Maintain accurate tracking of all work and provide clear, proactive communication on project status
- Continuously refine designs based on feedback, with the ability to quickly iterate and improve

Qualifications:

We’re looking for a Brand & Demand Generation Manager to own how our payments brand is built and how it grows. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling and performance—leading our brand strategy while driving measurable pipeline and revenue through integrated demand generation programs.
