Senior HR Business Partner

Experience: 10 – 12+ Years

Location: New York (Hybrid – In Person Required)

Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Chief People & Administrative Officer (CPAO)

Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Business Partner to support leaders across the organization and help scale our people strategy during a period of significant growth. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and employee experience across a multi-state workforce.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience from a high-growth or private equity-backed environment and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven organization.

Scope & Impact:

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational design, team structure, and workforce planning
  • Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and leadership effectiveness
  • Partner with leaders to drive accountability, performance, and engagement
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies
  • Coach managers on leading high-performing teams
  • Lead complex employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution, while mitigating risk
  • Support leaders through organizational change, restructuring, and business transformation initiatives


Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Strategy

  • Design scalable organizational structures aligned with company growth
  • Leverage data and insights to improve workforce outcomes
  • Drive end-to-end talent strategy, including workforce planning and alignment with business goals
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategy and execution


HR Operations & Employee Experience

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across a multi-state workforce.
  • Support employee experience and engagement initiatives
  • Build and improve scalable HR processes, policies, and documentation
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and accurate workforce reporting in partnership with HR Operations and Payroll
  • Support benefits administration and vendor coordination as needed


M&A Readiness & Growth Support

  • Support HR due diligence processes and integration planning
  • Assist with organizational design and workforce alignment post-acquisition
  • Support post-acquisition transitions, engagement, and change management
  • Help build HR infrastructure to support rapid growth and scaling
  • Support change management and communication planning related to acquisitions, integrations, and organizational transitions


Operational & Business Alignment

  • Partner with Finance on headcount planning and workforce strategy
  • Align people initiatives with broader business objectives
  • Track and analyze key people metrics to inform decisions


Qualifications

  • 10–12+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong HRBP experience supporting senior leaders
  • Experience in mid-size, high-growth, or private equity-backed organizations
  • Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
  • Experience managing complex employee relations issues and investigations
  • Strong understanding of multi-state employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience leveraging HRIS systems and workforce data to drive decision-making
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders
  • M&A exposure preferred
  • Demonstrated success supporting organizational change and business transformation initiatives.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly versatile, fast-paced Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. This role goes beyond execution—you will be expected to think creatively, interpret direction independently, and produce high-quality work across a wide range of formats with speed and consistency.

You will play a critical role in shaping how our brand shows up across marketing, sales, and digital channels—including social media—making informed decisions about visual style, format, and messaging to maximize impact.

About the Role Structure:

This role supports marketing initiatives across Suede and its sister company, Valor PayTech, operating as a shared services position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce a high volume of marketing assets including brochures, flyers, presentations, digital ads, landing page visuals, and social media content
  • Translate creative direction into polished, on-brand designs that reflect thoughtful execution
  • Independently interpret project briefs and make informed decisions on layout, typography, imagery, and visual hierarchy
  • Develop and execute social media content, including selecting appropriate formats (static, carousel, short-form video, etc.) and tailoring creative to platform best practices
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to support campaigns, product launches, and strategic initiatives
  • Ensure all work aligns with brand standards while also contributing to the evolution of the brand where appropriate
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-output environment
  • Maintain accurate tracking of all work and provide clear, proactive communication on project status
  • Continuously refine designs based on feedback, with the ability to quickly iterate and improve
  • Support executive leadership with special design projects and presentations
  • Assist in creating pitch decks and sales materials that align with brand standards
  • Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and are delivered on schedule


Qualifications
:

  • Portfolio demonstrating both strong design fundamentals and creative problem-solving (required)
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced design or marketing environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience designing for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) with an understanding of platform-specific best practices
  • Ability to take direction and also work independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

We’re looking for a Brand & Demand Generation Manager to own how our payments brand is built and how it grows. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling and performance—leading our brand strategy while driving measurable pipeline and revenue through integrated demand generation programs.

In payments, trust is everything. You’ll ensure our brand builds credibility and differentiation, while also translating that story into campaigns that generate awareness, demand, and growth across key customer segments.

What You’ll Do:

Brand Strategy & Storytelling:
  • Own and evolve brand positioning, messaging, and voice
  • Ensure brand consistency across website, digital campaigns, social, sales enablement, and partner materials
  • Develop compelling narratives that differentiate us in a competitive, regulated payments market
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Leadership to translate strategy into clear, customer-centric messaging
  • Manage creative execution across content, design, and campaigns

 

Demand Generation & Growth:
  • Lead full-funnel demand generation strategy from awareness to revenue
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, content, webinars, events, and ABM
  • Partner closely with Sales on ICPs, lead quality, and pipeline goals
  • Optimize performance using data, experimentation, and attribution insights
  • Manage campaign budgets, reporting, and ROI
  • Support go-to-market launches with integrated demand programs

Insights & Optimization:
  • Analyze brand and performance metrics to inform strategy
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor research
  • Continuously test, learn, and refine campaigns and messaging


What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ years of experience spanning brand marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing
  • Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or B2B technology preferred
  • Proven ability to balance creative brand thinking with performance metrics
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, GA, LinkedIn Ads, or similar
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments
